In case of an effective recall of an order, bothsides received accomplishments have to be granted back.
If the customer is not able to return the received accomplishment completely or partially, or in a declined condition, the customer insofar has to pay compensation of value. This is not imperative, if the declination of value comes only from the examination of the bought item â?? how it would be possible in a normal retail shop.
Incidentally the customer can avoid the duty of value compensation, if he uses the items not as owner,
and omit all activities with the item, that can decline the value of the item.
All parcel transportable items have to be send back.
If a return is not possible due to the weight or size of an item, it is enough, if the customer sends a brief written note to â??streicherlebnisse.deâ?? within 14 days after receipt of the item.
In this case, â??streicherlebnisse.deâ?? will inform the customer about the further process of the return.
If items with a order value till â?¬ 40,00, the customer have to pay for the return.
If the order value is greater than â?¬ 40,00, the return is cost-free.
From the right of withdrawal are excepted:
Strings, cleaning supplies, rosin, lamps/electric bulbs, wolftone eliminator modell "Resonator", humidifier and tailpieces, in case the customer will break the seal of the items. |
