A-string with a synthetic core and aluminium wound. The Aricore strings from the Pirastro company are synthetic cello strings with a dark timbre and a warm sound. They are very tuning stable. For a more light timbre the A-string is also available with chromesteel wound. Ideal for musicians suffering from perspiration.
