Free from allergenic agents Bellacura Special preparation for the cleansing and care of all stringed instruments which have a shiny varnished surface. Description of the manufacturer: Bellacura, just like your instrument, is made among other things from superior natural raw materials. It cleans, cares for and preserves the wood in a natural way. It does not clog the pores nor scratch, nor does it contain any ingredients which may adversely effect the varnish. Bellacura lasts almost indefinitely and is environmentally safe. Because of the additional moisturising elements given to the varnish, the wood becomes once again flexible, it "breathes" and vibrates! Bellacura only needs to be used in small amounts. You only need a few small drops on a smooth piece of cotton or linen-towel and spread these evenly in circular movements on the body of your instrument. A light finishing-polish in the direction of the woods's grain is then recommended , after a few minutes. In the case of the stubborn remains of colophony or other substances, you can repeat the cleaning procedure. Limitations regarding the frequency of cleaning and care of your instrument do not exist. Since this product contains (among other things) a percentage of essential oils, the use of Bellacura on the strings should be avoided. The emulsion's own white colour proves itself to be completely colour neutral when being used - this applies to bright as well as to dark varnishes. Bellacura is a mild substance. It has been tried and tested on numerous old and new instruments with excellent results. However, it is necessary that on a hidden part of your instrument, you test the compatibility of the preparation and varnish on a small area. The manufacturer does not accept responsibility if you have not used Bellacura according to the instructions. Since Bellacura is an Emulsion, the preparation must be repeatedly shaken before use.
