How you can make a return
On defects on the items bought from us, please send us a brief note by eMail or fax and give us a description of the defect.
Then we will send you a address label, that you can use for a return, as well as a short manual.
Please take the labeled return-package to your local parcel processing service and let you give a shipping receipt.
Please return the items completely with the original packing to us, if possible.
